How am I billed?

You will be auto billed via your credit card on file the same day each month. Example: If you sign up on the Oct 12 th your payment will come out the 12 th of every month.

How secure is Xperience-U?

While we don't handle highly sensitive data, Xperience-U is still built with industry standard programming practices.

Can I edit or add my own playlist?

We'll help you get up and running with a playlist, but you can absolutely log in and make edits as needed.

Do I need a smart stick to play the playlist on my TV?

No, if your TV has built in browser you will not need a smart stick. If you don't have a smart TV, we'll send you a smart stick to get up and running.

What types of content does Xperience-U support?

You can add text, upload images (.png, .jpg, .gif), upload videos (.mp4, .mov, .webm), embed Youtube videos, and embed external websites when building your playlist slides.
